1. Roll coating – Warehousing/distribution type operations are suitable for the 2 roll coats of Eversafe epoxy resin systems. This is designed for forklift traffic, foot traffic, vehicle traffic while maintaining a impervious surface which is resistant to most oils, acids and contaminants. It’s easy to clean with most clients commenting with the application that it’s no more slippery then normal concrete just a lot easier to clean. With regular maintenance and recoating every 5 years the floor will be a long term investment
2. Medium Build 3mm – This is mainly for resurfacing old or worn concrete from areas around machinery, in high traffic areas and in aggressive chemical attack locations. The Eversafe HB epoxy mortar system is designed to be more impact resistant, chemical resistant and to provide a longer term option.
3. High Build 6mm – These are usually for food processing plants, chemical plants, water treatment facilities to withstand long term exposure to aggressive elements. The Eversafe HB 6mm system will provide a floor which will be guaranteed to withstand the harshest elements and conditions without compromising the application.
Also available with Eversafe is the SL range of flooring, this is a self-levelling 3mm trowel on system which is designed for its high gloss and visually appealing finish.
